Only issues were by 9am breakfast was scarce, and what was there was hard or cold. Breakfast ended at 10am. Hot tub, open until 10:30 pm. Full of 10ish to 15/16 yr olds ALL night. Couldnt get in. No age limit after late night so adults who paid a substantial amount can utilize it too. Very disappointing

The bathtub had a bunch of nasty hair in it. Never was cleaned. Disgusting. It was a pet friendly room and some dried into the carpet dog turd attracted our dogs to it- but aside from that - everything was fine

Bumpy checkin and poor conditions
I booked a family suite, paid full. But when I arrived, I was given a stand room. The staff admit that they messed it up and gave the family suite to another person who has the similar family name… my jaw dropped honestly. But they eventually gave me an extra room for free to fix the problem which was satisfying. The room condition is poor. Dated, not clean, sheets have blood stains on them. AC are horrible… we would not stay in best western again. However, staff members are friendly and very nice!

The bathroom tub was very questionable. The tub is so old and dented I couldn’t tell if I was dirty or just not maintained well. The breakfast staff were very nice BUT they kept talking to our group. We just wanted to go in eat and leave but the breakfast staff just kept trying to make conversation even tho we obviously were not in the mood for conversation.
