This is a very convenient property to stay at. Easy to get to off I-15. Unfortunately this visit found me sharing a wall with some noisy neighbors. But once it got to be bedtime, it got quiet. I’ve decided my last few times stopping in St. George to mix up where I stay because there are quite a few options. This property will stay in the mix! St. George offers a wide variety of dining options many of which are close to this property!

There was a roach in the room, period blood on the toilet seat, blood on my husband's pillow, and hair all over the shower. This was all discovered in the first 10 min after entering the room.

I am not a picky person, but his hotel is awful. I booked a stay to enjoy the pool for a couple of days with my kids. The room was terrible… there was mold in the lighting in the bathroom, the tub was dirty and stained and the room smelled like dirty feet. I honestly was able to look past all that so we could enjoy the pool. The pool area is dirty, there’s no shade and the vending machine and barbeques could definitely use a little attention. The staff was kind and helpful and ended up refunding us, which we really appreciated.

So noisy. Traffic sounds were ridiculous. The hotel is run down and in bad repair. There was paint pealing off the walls. The lock on the door kept jamming. The faucet on the sink was backwards. Cold was on the left and hot was on the right. Sink plug was missing. When the water was turned on a strong smell of swamp gas came up the drain. Power outlets were very sparse (had to move furniture to access them. No UBS ports at all. Won't stay there again
