We were put in a room on the first floor. It was super noisy until after 11pm. We asked the staff at thevfront desk twice. She said she will talk with the group in the lobby but she did not. After we called around 11:15pm, we heard a man did. The breakfast oatmeal is lumpy, The breakfast for children is not included despite that we paid for the breakfast included option on hotel. com. The hotel room is very small. This Holiday Inn is the worst we have stayed in so far.

Went and tried to check in and room wasn’t cleaned they then transferred us to a Hampton inn garden. Blood on the sheet, puke left on the toilet. When I called the holiday inn and expressed that we didn’t want to stay there and we weren’t happy about it they said they were booked for the weekend when the room we could have had could have been cleaned. We just wanted what we paid for…. Experience wasn’t the best won’t do it again

The reviews sold the place, ut to me are misleading. Overall condition is "dated". Guy above us was making loud noises all night/ next morning. Got no sleep. Called the desk twice, midnight (got a little quieter for short time), again at 1:00a.m. Should have insisted on another room, but mobility assisted was a requirement they couldnt meet. Would not stay here again, no enforcement of noise complaints, inattentive front desk GIRLS. not women. Ask them a question, very little concern. NOT recommend staying here, its NOT 9.2 rating
