Relax in this ground level large newly redecorated, 1400 sq. ft., rim view Las Palmas condo. Enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets from the patio, or enjoy the view from any of the large windows looking out on Green Valley, Pine Valley Mountain and the night lights of Santa Clara.

This unit has full access to Green Valley Clubhouse. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, work-out room, pickleball, miniture golf and basketball. There are also two Las Palmas outdoor pools along with hot tubs.

There is plenty to do in the spectacular St. George area. Year round golf with 11 courses nearby, four are championship courses. Outlet mall shopping, restuarants, hiking, biking, four wheeling, dirt biking, all within minutes of the condo. Next door is The Green Valley Spa which has full spa services for those who wish to be pampered. National Parks within a days drive include Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, walkin closet and private full bath. Second bedroom has queen bed, third bedroom has queen bed with one twin. Plenty of closet space. Washer and dryer are new. Full second bathroom.

A well stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook in and enjoy family time around the table or on the patio.

There is also free WiFi included for our guests. This is a pet free condo and non smoking complex.

Girls weekend
We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable. Easy access and liked being on ground level. It was clean, with comfortable beds, AC was great and the ceiling fans were nice in each room. The kitchen has great cooking supplies, and love the set of pans, best I’ve ever had in a rental. We loved the view and the patio. We also enjoyed the swim pools and amenities of that area. Thank you for a nice place to stay and hope to return.

If I was traveling with a young family, i would have been upset about work noise and mess from another property being done on the room above us on one of the days. However, we were there for golf and spent most of the daylight hours our on the breathtaking golf courses in the area. The only improvement advice for the hosts would be to improve the 2nd bathroom shower floor. The tub floor was slippery. Shower 1 was excellent. One of our golf crew lost his wallet. The hosts were extremely responsive. 5 star hosts all the way!

Beautiful St. George condo
This was the second year that we stayed in this lovely condo in St. George. It has a wonderful view of the mountains from the dining room, kitchen, and bedroom windows. All of the accommodations are perfect: comfortable beds, lovely living room furniture with a gas fireplace, Etc. The pictures are totally accurate. Donna and jim are wonderful to work with and if we had any questions they responded immediately. The unit was clean, well furnished and comfortable. It felt like home. We would recommend this to anyone who wanted a great St. George getaway .

This was the perfect location for our family's spring break trip. The property was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We also appreciated that the cleaning supplies used were fragrance-free, as we have some sensitivities in our family. Donna was very friendly and prompt in responding to questions, and the view was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cozy condo.

Perfect home base in St George!
The condo was immaculate upon our arrival, fully outfitted with everything we could possibly need. Beds were comfortable, the gas fireplace was most welcomed, and the views from the ground floor unit were unobstructed, looking over the entire valley! Great sunrises and sunsets every day. The amenities at the complex were most impressive, with numerous pools, jacuzzis, and sports courts. Staying here was a real treat, with all the comforts of home! We have stayed in several Vrbo and other rentals all over the country. This one, by far, was the BEST! It was super clean, very well stocked with all the essentials and then some, was super quiet, and the perfect location for vacationing in St. George. The beds were comfortable, the ac worked perfectly, the towels were fluffy. Anything you could want or need for a stay was provided in the condo. We didn’t use any of the amenities, but the whole complex was well maintained and very safe. My whole family said this was the best rental we ever had!
