Beautiful One Bedroom One Bath Full Kitchen--Pool And Clubhouse Access

Enjoy the sun and scenery of southern Utah in our newly renovated condo. We upgraded the televisions, furniture and bedding. This does not feel like a one bedroom condo with vaulted ceilings and spacious common area and dining room. The beds include a queen bed in the master bedroom, a pullout queen bed with extra sleeping space on the remaining couch section.
Located within an hour of Zions National Park, one half mile from the best mountain biking in the west, and 90 minutes from Las Vegas.
Enjoy the sunset on our spacious, newly renovated deck. The deck has a locking gate for bicycles or extra security if the kids want to sleep under the stars.
Enjoy all the advantages of the Sports Village membership: two heated swimming pools and hot tubs, courts for tennis, pickle ball, racquetball, volleyball and basketball, shuffleboard, playground, pool table, indoor miniature golf, free wi fi at the clubhouse and many other indoor games in the clubhouse.
Amenities include: W-iFi, Air conditioning and heat, full kitchen with dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, TVs in living room and bedroom with most live channels. and Keurig-style coffee maker.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. GREAT Location

Overall GREAT property. We didn't utilize a lot of the amenities due to the reason for our visit, however the location for us was perfect. The size accommodated us very well. The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider again for our next visit. Oh, and adding our hometown sticker to the bike rack was a cool "guest book" idea.

Great place with poor housekeeping.

My wife and I with our 3 small children enjoyed the location and amenities of this rental. Unfortunately the housekeeping was subpar, the floor was sticky, food splattered on the walls, there was also dust bunnies on the walls and around the fridge, and mold around the tub. The price was good and the place definitely has potential if it was better kept.

Everything was awesome except the bedroom tv just kept freezing and glitching. Couldn’t get it to just be normal. The furnace didn’t warm the place too much. Even when I set it to 75 it just never warmed up. Always was cold. No big deal.

We really enjoyed our condo stay. It was perfect for our small family. There were lots of comfy blankets and extra pillows. The kids slept on the couches. The big patio porch was a prefect place to relax.

Great Resort Condo

The condo was very nice, bed is super comfortable. In suite laundry was very convenient. Loved having access to the pool and we played pickleball! It was super hot during our visit so the a/c and pool were wonderful. We were able to make our own meals and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was spacious and clean and I was grateful to be able to bring my dog. It was also nice to have covered parking for your car. The title states (as well as the description) newly renovated but, this only pertains to the TV, furniture and bed, everything else looks to be original. That being said, for the rate and my needs it worked just find. The host was kind and super responsive.
