They gave us a connecting room. We did not use it but the party in that other room was loud and disruptive way past a reasonable hour. It made it hard to sleep. In room toiletries like shampoo was empty or very close.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. Despite being very clean, it is old and shows it, particularly in the bathroom. This really needs to be addressed and some remodeling is needed. That being said, it smelled good, everything worked, it was clean, and comfortable.

The rooms were a good size but the bathroom was old, especially the tub and enclosure needed to be replaced. The staff did service every day, even though I had not requested it, which was nice and they did the best with what they had.

I recently stayed at your Wyndham hotel in St. George, Utah on August 24 arrived at 10:30 pm, and was disappointed to find the room in a suboptimal state. The worn-out pillows, visibly dirty bathtub, and soiled carpet fell short of my expectations. Therefore I was uncomfortable sleeping in the bed, because I strongly suspected that the buildup of all this dust has likely led to the infestation of dust mites and bed bugs in the beds at your hotel so I requested extra sheets from the front desk, which were provided hesitantly. The bathroom also had a gross stain on the wall that looked like body fluid, the rim of the bathtub had black mold on it so I did not shower and the bathroom door needs to be replaced as there was a lot of water damage. Furthermore, it appeared that significant cost-cutting measures were in place, including turned-off air conditioners in hallway, low-quality utensils, and an unclean bathroom in lobby, which reminded me of conditions in under developed country. I find it perplexing that investing in fundamental amenities like new pillows and towels as well as adequate housekeeping supervision, appears to be a challenge in your hotel? In light of these issues, I believe your hotel fails to align with the standards I expect from a Wyndham property. I respectfully request a refund for my stay.

Shower curtain was not clean, looks like hair color stain was on the curtain. Front desk staff was nice, he brought us more towels right away after we call and requested a couple of more due to couch was not clean so we had to use them to sit on. Other good things were easy access from Hwy 15, close by a lot of shopping and eating area as we were traveling to Meidian, ID, we stopped there for one night to sleep, bed was clean and we slept well.

Hotel staff is amazing! Only caveat we had was at breakfast there were so many people in a tiny area. The layout could be better so that people aren't on top of each other. Our room was extremely dark and we couldn't open the blinds because the walkway to the front door was right there. We could have switched rooms but my husband has a hard time walking as it is and we figured for one night it was fine.
