Great stay for Zion
Clean, spacious, good hot tub and pool, full breakfast, good well lit parking. Really just right for a few days hiking in Zion (though it's not right at the entrance it was FAR better priced than closer options, and the drive to the south entrance and to Kolob Canyon were really easy.

Comfy but could be more welcoming by staff
The woman at the front counter, when we checked in, was not pleasant. Wrong person for up front. Guests should not be the first to speak and the only one saying thank you. No ‘glad your here’ or ‘enjoy your stay’. Breakfast items should be labeled, ie Turkey sausage or beef gravy

Very nice, clean and quiet stay while we were visiting Zion. The 6am breakfast works perfectly. We can drive to the park and getting a parking spot around 7am after a light breakfast

Front desk agent greeted us and her attitude was fine. The hotel was clean and they did a fine job of keeping the breakfast options available, except for not having bagels. The pull out mattress in the room was ridiculously thin and made for a terrible night sleep but, the actual beds were ok.
