Great place

The hotel is clean and our room was newly remodeled. They are still remodeling, but it didn't disrupt our stay. The bed was old though and needs to be replaced. It hurt my husband's back, the couch was more comfortable for him :( The room was large and had a nice kitchen (we didn't use it). They do not have Hors d'oeuvres or drinks Friday through Sunday. Social hour is only Monday through Thursday. So we went to the liquor store. The breakfast bar was great and had different main dishes each morning. They kept the area clean and well stocked. It is not within walking distance to any food. But there are lots of options for you to drive to. The pool area and outdoor area was nice. Although the hot tub wasn't heated. We just skipped it, but would have loved to use it. We would definitely stay here again.

Cam at front desk was great! He went over and beyond to assist me. All three ladies in kitchen area were great as well. Food was good and plentiful, never was out of anything. Although the road construction threw me for a loop as I couldn’t get onto street from getting off freeway. Had to cut thru gas station to get to hotel. Construction in hotel as well, you could hear banging. And my room was facing all the construction containers, not a pretty view.

We thought the staff was excellent. The breakfast crew with choices for breakfast and there hospitality and kindness. I would highly recommend. Plus being located off the interstate it was convenient to access local attractions.

This place has a lot of room to grow.

Our family was excited for our short vacation in St. George, and while this hotel initially seemed like a great choice, it fell short in several areas. The check-in process was friendly, and the staff were supportive, which set a positive tone. However, the room, advertised as a suite, was much too small. There was barely enough space to move around, and the kitchenette was impractical. To make matters worse, our room on the top floor was extremely noisy during certain hours, with vibrations that made it feel like the room was moving. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, it was never resolved. The hotel appeared to be understaffed, as we often saw trash bags piling up next to the large garbage containers near the elevators, creating an unpleasant sight. While the front desk staff was understanding, they seemed overwhelmed and unable to address the issues promptly. On a positive note, the pool was a highlight. It was clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly warm, offering a great place to relax despite the cool weather outside. What truly led me to write this review was the lack of response to an email I sent to the hotel’s management regarding our concerns. I’ve yet to receive any acknowledgment or reply, which only added to our frustration. While the hotel had potential, the overall experience was disappointing, and the lack of follow-up from management was especially concerning.

What a great property. It’s convenient for someone like me moving across states with a dog. They provided free laundry. Free breakfast. Great big rooms with a free kitchen. Love love this resort.
