Room was on the side facing the interstate. Air brakes from semi trucks all night long. Very noisy and made it hard to get good sleep. Bed had hair in it and so did a hand towel in the bathroom. Headboard had something splashed on it as well. The rest of the room looked clean and tidy. Staff at front desk for evening check was ok. Was on th computer so I stood there for a while waiting for him to greet me. Clerk Should have greeted right away and then asked me to wait for a moment if he needed time to complete task on the computer. Morning clerk was friendly and kind. Was good in a pinch but would not choose to stay again. Cost was a definite good value

St. George stay.

The staff was amazing. The bed was not comfortable. Pool and spa were nice. Breakfast was good. Parking was ample. I wasn’t aware that so many dogs would be in the hotel. But it was clean.

Super thin walls and large gap under room door.

The walls are super thin! We could hear the neighbors dog barking a lot! The gap under the door of our room was about 1-2inches which made outside noise super loud (hard to sleep). We placed a towel under the door gap. The gap was so large that the towel was going outside of our room.

Friendly service upon check in, fresh coffee, clean, room is perfect for couples, just enough space, hotel is pet friendly and there were no pet odors in our room, hallway or guest areas.

everything was just fine till kids went into bed, after removing blankets they spotted many hairs over bedsheets, they just jumped from bed and wife was already at sleep, she woke up and start wiping the bed sheets. we were so tired that we had no time and patience for house keeping to change the bed sheet, it was obvious that cleaner didn't change bed sheets. I woke up at night thinking about why I didn't call home keeping for bed sheets change.. I was not expecting from Hilton for such practice for cost savings.. anyway it seems it will be hard for us to come back to Hilton going forward.

There were multiple strands of hair on the bedding and pillows, not sure if the linens were actually changed between guests. Otherwise, decent. But die to the lack of cleanliness of the bedding I cannot give best rating.
