The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. The living room has a futon and a 40 inch flat screen TV with DirecTV.

The wildlife viewing at Sunset Bay Retreat is great. Many eagles make Little St Germain Lake their home, deer often roam close by, loons call regularly (a real treat), and ducks and ducklings are sited weekly. This unit has a large paved driveway with basketball hoop (shared with the neighbors). Go karts, bike trails, and mini-golf are nearby. Stay here once and you will want to make Sunset Retreat an annual vacation spot!
The lake frontage is sandy and is great for swimming! This unit is located on a quiet road that winds through the woods. Little St. Germain Lake is a premium lake known for spring fed water, good water clarity, and a healthy population of musky, bass, crappie, bluegill, northern pike, perch, and walleye.

POSITIVES: When you walk in, the home is very clean. Area is open and appears large. Kitchen is equipped with needed cookware and utensils. Garbage bags and dish soap were provided. Private pier and property are a plus. Rowboat and paddle boat were available to use. Lovely spot on the lake. NEGATIVES: Toilet seat was loose. Sheets on one of the beds smelled sour. No games, books or playing cards provided. No curtains on the front windows. It would be nice for there to be a handbook or binder with info on the property and area to make sure we weren't missing anything (including the myriad of fees that could be incurred of certain things were out of place, etc., which for some reason was placed in the freezer). Nightly cost was expensive. Overall we really liked the property and the good definitely outweighed the bad.

Peaceful great place to rest.

The cabin is really close to the lake. The easy access into cabin by key code worked great. The place was clean and and we had everything what we needed. The property manager was very helpful. We love that we had access to the paddle boat. We also had a camp fire each night. Many eagles make this place so nice. Overall, I recommend this place.

Beautiful breathtaking views, sunsets and the sounds of wildlife. Great for kids and a family vacation. Enjoyed the use of row boat, paddle boat, pier for fishing and basketball hoop. We will be back for sure. Thanks
