Half the jets in the hot tub didnt work. The beach front sliding door u needed to strong arm to open. When u turn the light on in the bathroom the fan automatically kicks on and screeches the whole time. Front desk staff was not friendly, the maids were. When it says ground level beach front you still have about 15 stairs to climb, should state that.

The window was left open in the room where you were in and it was very warm in there. The TV did not work Called for help, but nobody was able to assist us The lady said she would be down to the room, but never showed up Tried to talk to the person in the morning at checkout and they were not very nice

Lot of bugs in the ceilings, should be vacuumed before we arrived. Bathroom ceiling have lot molds. Toilet won’t stop running unless jiggle the handle to stop it.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a few things in our room that did not work, such as the light over the vanity mirror and the telephone. The light over the vanity mirror was the main source of light, as the sink is out in the room, not in the bathroom, so it made getting ready extremely difficult, and then we could not call the front desk to alert them of the issue because the phone did not work. The hotel did offer free breakfast, but we were unable to enjoy it because there was not enough seating for all of the guests, so we went elsewhere. The Pool and hot tub area was ok and the beach area was nice. I feel that the hotel did not have enough staff on duty to accommodate guests because at check out I waited for over 20 minutes and we needed to get on the road. This was not the cheapest hotel in the area and I guess I just expect more for my money.

Property in need of updating. There is nothing to do in St Ignace. Not a destination city unless you are crossing to Mackinac Island. Not sure why this hotel was so expensive.

Love that it had a few tables outside to eat a meal at or just hang out and play games. They where right next to the water so it was just nuce. They also had a few fire pits.

For two nights it was $600 & after a long day of traveling we were excited to get to the room & chill. Except when we got there & opened the door the room was infested with may flies!!! These bugs were in season & are always worse by the water. But they did nothing inbetween guests staying there they leave the door open to clean the rooms. There were also spiders in the sink, cob webs everywhere. Our currtains were ripped & there was water damage all over the walls. It felt like a bottom of the barrel motel in flint.

Housekeeping never came to clean our room after 3 days. We asked for fresh towels from one of the workers on a golf cart. Very noisy at night from above guests. Not happy about that. Rooms were ok. Not the cleanest bathroom. Overall. we enjoyed the lakefront access from our room.
