the hotel has not been updated in years. however, it was amazing clean. that was the most impressive part of the whole stay. waited for hot water in the shower for about 20 minutes. there are lamp shades that are broken.

Good place for adults. TAKE YOUR KIDS TO GREAT WOLF LODGE. If you need to sleep mak esure you get the second floor. We had a a kid above us that was stomping around all night. Nice.room. only complaint was that they must have had a fresh hatching of spiders. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean shower and tall people fit just fine.

There was no phone in room and no staff from midnight to morning in case of emergency. By the time we realized we didn't have any washcloths, the office was closed

A one night stay on a road trip with friends. It was the perfect location to walk down the road to have supper and close to the ferry for Mackinac Island. It is an older hotel but it was clean and comfortable and we would stay again.

Somewhat satisfied with the room.
Office staff was very friendly. But when I got to the room there was a dirty Washrag. left in a shower. Wanted to make coffee in the morning and all the coffee was decaf so they did not refill regular coffee.

Beds were clean and very comfortable. Overall cleanliness of the room was good. Pull the blinds to look outside and had a large amount of spider webs in the window area. I would definitely stay there again regardless of the situation with the spider webs.. didn’t see any bugs or spiders anywhere. They just needed cleaned.

The staff was very helpful and we we quickly changed to another room when able. We were very tired and wanted to rest after walking the bridge. We were given a room that had a functioning TV.
