Would recommend a million times over!!!
We stayed a night as a couple, having an early morning hospital procedure booked for the next morning. After leaving hospital the following day we were instructed to stay close to the hospital that night as well. We called the JAG and the wonderful staff not only found us a room for that night, they managed to get us back in the same room we had stayed the night before. We live every detail about this property.

Close to Many restaurants and attractions downtown
Desk staff were very helpful and valet drivers are very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and I did eat at the restaurant for breakfast and staff were also very nice. Parking is a small hiccup with this place. But I was able to use the valet parking which wasn’t a lot of money and made my stay even easier. I walked to waterfront and other restaurants from this hotel. Location is good.

CONS: Rooms definitely are not soundproof-noise from traffic and shipping depot across street; refrigerator in room was very loud; parking can be an issue unless you pay for the valet parking-there was a lot of construction happening around the building that impacted this. PROS: bed was comfortable; hotel was clean; staff was very nice.

The hotel is clean and the staff is good. However, the surroundings is very noisy and the refrigerator in the room is also very noisy. The bed is not comfortable with 4 same pillows.

It was like magic from the time we walked in till the time we checked out! The doors were opened for us, we were ask if we wanted valet service, the check in was as smooth as ice, the maids even left chocolate on turn down service. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! The staff at the restaurant there Exhile was also friendly, knowledgeable and I would recommend this restaurant as allergy aware! Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone I can!! 10 stars in my book!
