We arrived early and were alloed an early check-in plus we got a roon upgrade! My car was being repaired at the Mercedes dealership next door and they were late getting back to me the next day. The hotel even granted us a late check out as well. Great service.

Check in was easy and lady on front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Room is very spacious with sectional sofa and chair plus a large desk and chair. Bed is VERY comfy. Sheets are nicer than most hotels. Similar to a five star hotel bedding.
