Very convenient to awesome arts area. Housekeeping never came during 3 night stay, despite us being out by 10 am the second day. They dropped off towels after a second request but didn’t take the old ones. Not sure what was going on this weekend because this is usually a great place to stay for us.

This is my first stay here under the Hilton brand. They certainly have kinks to work out. I've stayed there 4 times when it was an independent hotel. The colorful rooms are spacious and provide the perfect energy for a fun time. Each prior experience there was a 5. The primary reason for the 4 rating this year is a result of the room cleaning team - failure to empty the trash and failure to take dirty glasses and replace with clean. This happened twice during a 3 night stay. In addition the restaurant was poorly staffed. My family and I were there for a staycation for a 3 day music festival. I'm looking forward to next year's festival and hope the kinks from the transition have been worked out by then.

It has changed. We've been visiting yearly for the last 7/8 years, except co-vid. Not as artsy. It's under new management Keisha was wonderful in Commonwealth. Great bartender at the rooftop bar. Drinks are pricey but very good. Great location.

Love the concept. I booked 3 king rooms for me and 2 friends and there was an obvious disparity between amenities and cleanliness between the rooms. Front desk staff was great but rooftop staff not so much. With all tbe hotel choices in STL probably wont be staying again but not bad.

The staff were professional, friendly, and competent, but didn't provide the "it" factor to earn that 5th star. The phone in our room did not work - the battery was depleted and did not seem to charge in the 2.5 days we were there. Asking for more blankets required trips to the 12th floor. The layout of the suite would have been fine for just the two of us, but using the pullout bed for two guests made the bathroom off the bedroom awkward. This is the first time I've seen a bedroom suite with the bathroom dirdctly off the bedroom rather than off the living area.
