From the time we met Al the valet guy all the way to the rooftop bar the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The ambiance of the hotel and surrounding area are wonderful. This was by far the most chill relaxed hotel I have ever stayed at, and staying there for another weekend in April. Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Thank you moonrise hotel and staff for a wonderful time.

Was rundown, dark, depressing and dismal. The area is less than desirable. Unprofessional employees. Terrible restaurant service. Hard to believe the Marriott was less and i choose this disaster of a hotel.
