NEVER AGAIN
This is a place was a disaster and regardless of the deal I will NEVER stay here again. The guy at check in was rude and they charge a deposit you don't find out about until you get there. There's no elevator and the lobby and stairs are so grimy looking you really don't wanna touch anything. The room smelled like mold when we got here, covered in dust and the hand towels were wet. The A/C doesn't work, the only option is ON and COLD nothing else we had to unplug it to warm up and then plug it back up to cool down. The TV remote didn't work, there was a lighter and a smoked cigarette on the toilet and the tub was dirty. I will never late and cheap again!

This hotel is dated, dirty, stained, and smelled. Rust in the bathtub. Stained carpet and sheets. Furniture was sticky and unclean. This hotel needs to be completely redone.

The property has not been updated in quite some time. the furniture was old and scratched. The carpet has not been cleaned in quite a while. When the toilet stopped up they told me to come to the office and get a plunger and to return the plunger to the lobby next to the couch. 3 days later it was still sitting next to the couch. The breakfast consisted of thawed frozen bagels and dried out mini muffins, coffee and juice. I've never seen orange juice that shade of orange. No juice one day. The bowl of oranges always had some in it and that was the best part of the breakfast. Not sure what continent they serve that quality of breakfast on but it sure wasn't North America.

Terrible experience
Service was so terrible we decided not to stay even hotel didn’t refund but we didn’t care. The manager/owner should be out of biz for discriminated against us & threaten us. We called cops but they could not do anything about it. We reported this hotel to BBB and Missouri AG office & will use other methods to alert others before they get ripped off or even hurt. Hotel.com should never put guests in this place.

The room felt like it could be on the next 48. Dirty, carpet sticky, etc. If we could have gotten a refund to go somewhere else we would have.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. It was so noisy we got no sleep. We even had a noise machine we brought but it wasn’t enough to drown out the noise that lasted all night. It was dirty. If you want to sleep, I do not recommend.
