Very busy intersection area. Bathtubs had no non-slips in my room, also could feel slight movement of tub, not properly secured down. Room phone was inoperable.General appearance down halls etc needs improvements.

A few minutes after getting into our room we discovered it was overrun by bed bugs. They were all over the bed, even crawling on top of the comforter and up the walls.

The cigar smoke smell is terrible. We stay for convenience travel purposes and be near the airport area. We had children and regret it! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS “HOTEL”.

The staff during check-in and later were very helpful and kind. The area around is pretty sketchy. We attended a concert and afterwards wanted to get a snack at the gas station next door and there were cars lined up in front like there were drug deals happening. Also, when I looked at my credit card activity after check out, it looks like the hotel charged the amount for the room 3 times!!! I will be watching my activity to see if all 3 get posted or if pending charges fall off. I tried calling the property to talk to them about this but no phone number that I found would actually connect. The call either dropped or I got a message saying the mailbox was completely full and no message could be left. Sounds fishy to me. Probably won't stay here again.

Massive amount of mold in the bathroom that was eating the ceiling. It smelled like weed. The people were friendly and the staff was helpful.

Staff is super easy going, very helpful, and courteous. Rooms are ok, but cleaned very poorly. I stayed in 2 different rooms 2 nights in a row. Beds are a little wore out. No bugs. Good furniture. Surrounding area is full of drugs and prostitutes but motel has gated parking lot and security. I felt safe enough. Overall for the price its a good place. I woukd stay again.

DO NOT STAY!
If I could give zero stars I would. This room was disgusting! The room looked as if it had been rented by the hour and not cleaned. There were fresh stains on the bed spreads, chair and table tops. There was drug residue in the drawers and long women’s hair all over the room. We left immediately and demanded a refund! There were people loitering in the parking lot. There was no furniture in the check in area and the attendant bullet proof glass.

We got this hotel and I was so disgusted with it all that we left after about 3 hours. Got in the room and in the bathroom there was hair on the floor that wasn't ours. Then I tried to shower. On the 1st floor the water was barely coming out. Then the shower was a handheld and it was broken to where you had to hold it. With that and no water pressure, I was disgusted. We went and did our thing and when came back, we made the decision to leave. Never offered a different room. Never asked to see if we wanted a refund. Just said he would ask his manager. Totally sickens mer. Never been to one this bad.
