MANISH the manager of this hotel. Is the most kind, nicest, & just overall simply the GTREATEST hotel staff personal I've EVER ENCOUNTERED! The only reason ive continued to stay is mainly because of Manish! I watch him work his butt off all day every day! The rooms are clean, all around GREAT PLACE!!

The hotel experience was subpar and the accommodations were lacking. There was an abundance of insects in the bedding, an unpleasant odor, and a significant amount of smoking in the vicinity, particularly in the room.

Such a Bad Experience
I requested 2 non-smoking rooms. I was placed in a smokers room with a horrible stench. I requested to be moved to a non-smoking room, and they placed me in another smokers room. I didn't have time to keep playing with that guy because we had plans that evening. I could smell nicotene in the bed. The carpet was horribly vile. I don’t think they ever clean their carpet. It was sticky, which is disgusting. There were patches of ceiling plaster missing in the shower area. The walls were paper thin and I could clearly hear the inconsiderate noise of loud guests laughing and talking innthe hallway late into the night. Lastly, they added a truly bogus charge on each room, $1.50 for having a safe in the room. They said I could request to have it removed at checkout. I have NEVER been charged a separate fee for a hotel providing safes in the room. That's the stupidest thing I've heard of. It is just a way for them to squeeze extra money out of their customers, hoping they won't notice. Needless to say, my family and I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Thank God it was just one night.

Very busy intersection area. Bathtubs had no non-slips in my room, also could feel slight movement of tub, not properly secured down. Room phone was inoperable.General appearance down halls etc needs improvements.

A few minutes after getting into our room we discovered it was overrun by bed bugs. They were all over the bed, even crawling on top of the comforter and up the walls.

Our room had an in-room jacuzzi that worked great. The hotel was otherwise decent, but the jacuzzi made for an outstanding stay.
