They definitely have issues with cleaning the property. In the first room the beds were not fresh and trash in the bins. In the second room we found clipped fingernails on one bed.

Beautiful property. Clean, comfortable, rustic/classy look, workers were pleasant and professional, very accessible. Only complaint was the lack of soap bars, for body and hand. Thankfully I always have a bar of soap in my bags.

This hotel has it all where its business or pleasure. its endless meeting space is convenient, clean and new - event staff is the best your going to get at any hotel. Outside the meetings you dont have to go off property the restaurant on property feels like a 5 star preparation & taste - honestly thats just the beginning for myself and all our attendees this was the best experience we've ever had at an event space like this.

It was nice having different dining options, and the parking was very easy. It was close to where I was going, too. What I didn't like was there's only one elevator! I hope they can figure out how to add a second one eventually.

Front desk staff very kind, attentive & helpful. Rooms were basic & clean & spacious with many options to pick a room with more amenities if you need them. Fresh cold iced water in a dispenser in lobby 24/7. Vrnding machines with snacks & diet coke. Free & ample parking. Overall very happy with our stay. Suggestions: Would be nice to have extra trash cans in rooms (or hallway) for recycling. Would be nice to have luggage racks in each room. Would be optimal if you could operate vending machines using credit card. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed as a solo female traveler on a road trip. Lobby and hallways were nice but the room was super basic and kind of grungy. A previous guest’s towel was left hanging on a hanger in the closet area, the ironing board was broken and wouldn’t stand up, the surfaces were all sticky, and the towels were old and yellowed. The heat didn’t adjust at all so it was hot in the room, the walls were so thin I could hear every flush and every conversation in surrounding rooms. There were two times where I was nearly convinced people had entered my room, their voices were so clear and loud. There was no top lock on the door, leaving only the deadbolt, which felt unsafe. There clearly had been a top lock before because the holes had been filled. Why not replace? You could see light all around the door and it didn’t want to latch. The bed crinkled every time I moved and I had a restless night. Further, there was some kind of disturbance directly across the hall where there were multiple police officers both in the room and in the hallway. I came out of the elevator after dinner and didn’t know if it was safe to get to my room. Was kind of just left hanging. Didn’t know if it was a violent sitch and I should stay away or what. Also, this sounds dumb, but they said there was room service available but there were no menus in the room. Would not stay again.

Lovely older hotel with comfortable beds but lack of noise barrier between rooms and hallways made our stay difficult to enjoy. Was surprised to hear they charge to use the pool that we were just passing through anyway.

The inn is dated and in need of an upgrade. Every piece of the pressed wood furniture is chipped Mold was on the rim of the bathtub, the shelf where the towels were stored was dirty with coffee stains, paint stains and dirt. One hand towel was dirty. I placed it on the floor (per hotel instructions) for staff to take and replace but no housekeeping person checked the room or made the bed. The bed was comfortable and clean as were the hardwood floors. There was a terrific dorm size refrigerator in the room that I used to keep food cool. The front desk clerk who conducted the check-in was excellent. He was friendly, professional and thorough.
