Since our last stay here a couple of years ago, the prices have gone way up, and the cleanliness has gone way down. There was a large open bowl half full of rainwater and dozens of cigarette butts at the back door. There was a lot of debris on the carpeted elevator floor. The plantings in front had cigarette butts and trash throughout. Inside, the brown door moldings have many unsightly white scratches from luggage rubbing against them. There are other areas that need repairs. Upon entering our room, I observed dirt on the tile that I scraped off. When I took a bath in the evening, the water was only lukewarm. There were several spots in the bathroom where paint is chipped off. This is a 2-star property that is charging 4-star prices. We won’t be staying there again.

I upgraded my double queen to a king/queen suite, was charged and then told the hotel over booked so I couldn’t have my upgrade. Said they refunded the additional charges but my bank statement still shows the upgraded amount. The guy at the counter was also quite rude about the situation.

Baseball team stay
Our baseball team stayed here for a tournament in Osseo. Reserved 6 rooms plus the parents also stayed here. Clean lobby and clean rooms. Staff was always really nice and asking if they could do anything for us. Akshay is the Manager and is super friendly and genuinely nice guy. They care about the customer. Would definitely stay here again.

Male travelling on motorcycle and needed a room for the night. Room was not clean. In room 201 and phone in room was 204 so the front desk wouldnt answer the phone when i called to complain and possibly get another room. Had to walk down to complain. Was not offered another room nor offered a discount. Bed was ok comfort. Carpet was sticky in front of the fridge filthy. Paid a premium, over $125 and would not recommend nor stay there again. PS breakfast had pancakes only. No eggs,no coffee, no juice, milk was in a gallon jug. Yuck!

You get what you pay for
Cons: The lobby smelled salty, like sweat. And then the hallway to our room had all kinds of smells. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything. Bathroom doesn't have a fan so it stayed wet after a shower for a whole night. Pillows are small and blankets are thin. Pool was freezing and they didn't have towels to use. Pool was also as dirty as an outdoor pool, even though it's indoors. Pros: lots of channels on the tv to watch. I didn't see any bugs or mold in our room. Parking was easy.
