Massive improvement on the Raddisson where I have stayed previously. Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has the little extras like more coffee / milk as wanted and huge bath towels. Makes all the difference.

Great location for an overnight stay prior to an early morning flight. About 5 minutes walk mostly undercover to airport terminal. Staff were friendly, room very clean with all the required amenities. Dined in the restaurant, food was fine, nothing special but reasonably priced. Be aware that the menu in the bar area is the same as the restaurant but if you dine in the restaurant you will incur a service charge. Breakfast is buffet style, plenty of choice, standard breakfast options. Overall a convenient hotel for Stansted, would stay again if flying from the airport.

We always stay at this hotel when we traveling from Stansted Airport A 10 minute walk from the airport and the rooms are lovely and the staff very friendly The food is very good and the breakfast is brilliant
