Liked clean very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Quiet room. Didn't like longish walk from airport late at night on my own. Digital card for lift - wasn't clear what to do, had to return to reception to ask for help. Once in room, digital card failed to get room lights working - had to call for help again. No seal between shower screen and bath so water leaked onto floor.

We had a early morning flight and this was perfect only 5 minutes walk away from the airport under cover walkway will 100 per cent stay here again

Room 775 v poor shower water pressure which is lucky because the shower tray drainage was terrible! Decor v tired eg stained shower tray, mouldy sealant, yellowing toilet seat, marks stains on flooring and walls. Wife paid £11.50 for one glass of average white wine plus a 12.5% service charge. Two reception staff at 12.30am were so loud they outdid the whole of the ground floor. Ordered a plate of chips turned up without salt, asked the guy for salt he said he was too busy!!

Smart but hot and uncomfortable
Hard bed, weak air con. Food was good. Much smarter and cleaner than the Radisson Blu. Annoying to walk 10mins from the terminal. Would not stay again due to uncomfortable beds and hot room.
