We had an issue with cleanliness. They had to come up and change all the bedding on both beds. I had also inquired about cancelling our 3rd night when they called me to confirm room and they said because I booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com) I couldn’t, but when I inquired about a different trip on the past with hotels.com they said the property would have to agree. So WHO is it that handles this. I should have been able to cancel the last night. We left anyway and had to pay for the room. I will not be using hotels.com in the future unless I’m sitting out front of the hotel ready to stay.
