Convenient, accommodating, but a little old
The trip was really great, location was very convenient, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Due to the snow we had to cut our trip short, but the hotel was very accommodating to our reservation. We had a suite with a jacuzzi tub, but unfortunately it did not work when we went to use it. The bathroom was a little old and worse for wear. But the bed was so incredibly comfortable. One of the best nights sleep we had as a part of a 3 week trip!

The problem isn’t the staff, or cleanliness. It’s just a very dated hotel. TVs are pretty out of date. Rooms are out of date. Bathroom is uncomfortable. Honestly price was ok but overall it suffers from what most hotels suffer from and that it needs to be updated.

We stayed last week, and while the room was good in all aspects, there was one issue that made our stay uncomfortable: the beds. We shared a room with our kids, and both beds were so uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep at all during the night. After a long day of driving, we really needed a peaceful night's rest, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. We kindly request that you consider changing the beds and pillows to ensure that guests can rest comfortably. Thank you!

We were there for two nights and didn't really visit any parts of the hotel/casino so can't comment on those. The room was spacious and relatively clean, beautiful view out the window, comfortable beds. But the toilet had a problem and kept refilling the flush every minute with a loud water noise, there is no fridge or other useful amenities. The room was kind of dark because one of the light bulbs kept flickering and going out.

Disgusting hotel
Horrible room. This place needs to be renovated, the thermostat wasn’t working, room was dirty. Save your money and go elsewhere, there are many options at Lake Tahoe
