Our stay was okay but facilities were a bit old. The room that we stayed was okay but the bathroom was clogged and there’s only 2 sets of pillow. I asked for a wine glass but they said they don’t have any . I will try other property next time and this hotel will be the last on my list.

NO ROOM SERVICE
We checked in on a Friday and checked out on Tuesday. Upon returning each day after sightseeing beautiful Lake Tahoe, beds were not made up, no changing of sheets, no clean towels, trash cans were not emptied. We were charged for services which we never received, during our stay. We were also charged for pool towels, which we did not used at all. I'm very disappointed.

The stay was not that good. Our room was without AC for the entire trip. The front desk sent up maintenance but the problem did not get fixed. They did give us fans which helped but the room was always around 79/80’ degrees which is not acceptable in the summer. Overall the stay could of been much better.

Cracks and chips in bathtub, old dirty paint on walls. Chipped furniture. Dingy carpet. Caulk in bath dirty and cracked. Underwhelming and pricey. Won’t be back to stay in the hotel unless it’s all there is kinda place.

The hotel lacks in overall maintenance. We came across quite a bit of mould within bathroom and noticed a few loose fixtures in some parts of the room. We considered letting the staff know but felt a cold welcome from the get go and didn’t feel like we’d have our concerns validated. Otherwise, the location was great!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! When we arrived our first room smelled like someone just smoked in it even though we booked nonsmoking. When i went down to request a room change the man at the front desk wasn't very pleasant or immediately cooperative mentioning that he 'might not be able to change our room until tomorrow.' It was more the way he said it that i had a problem with but after a few minutes we were able to switch to a room nearby and all was well :)

The room I stayed in has a nail sticking out the wall that was not safe. The connecting door didn’t close properly did feel safe because I didn’t know who was next door and if they would open my room. Front desk staff was not very friendly at check in, very different at check out. The drinks & food at the pool were super good.

Parking is $20/night. Resort fee nonsense is $26/night. The pool is minimal. There’s no jacuzzi. The exercise room is minimal at best. The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. There’s one restaurant open. It seems to have been an old Hard Rock Hotel as there’s rock band pictures everywhere. Seems to be upgrading things soon so hopefully in a few months it will be better.
