Accommodations were fine but self parking is not onsite (as advertised). It’s a public lot a couple of blocks away. The hotel also charged me for room service I didn’t order. The receipt clearly had another room number on it and it took several emails and a phone call to the manager to get refunded for their error.

Perfect location ! Large well appointed rooms that are very modern inside yet kept the old world building charm of the building facade. It was previously a bank until it was converted into the hotel it is today. Friendly staff with free coffee, tea and water 24/7.

Second stay. Beautiful property with a great location. Would be 5 stars, but this time, housekeeping was a bit lacking, leaving surfaces dusty and never changed the sheets in a 6 day stay. (I know there is a card to ask for that, but my experience has been sheets get changed every few days, regardless of whether you use the card) One cool novelty is the wine /liquor vending machine in the lobby!

Stayed here for one nite before leaving on cruise . An easy 10 minute walk to the port with a suitcase and backpack. Room was spacious and very quiet. Hotel located in area with multiple restaurants nearby to walk to. We had arrived in Quebec City from Montreal by train. Hotel an easy 13 minute walk from the train station .
