THIS UNIT IS RENTED DIRECTLY BY THE OWNER. WE HAVE DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS AVAILABLE ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. With our personal attention to each guest, you will be confident in the fact you rented directly from the owner! We love the Terraces so much we purchased another unit in the North Tower of the Terraces. So travel with family and friends and they can stay in our other unit. This is a Deluxe 2 bedroom/ 2 Bath Unit. Our unit is located at the base of Steamboat's Mount Werner. Less than 200 yds to the slope. You can look directly at Steamboat mountain from our spacious balcony, along with a great lower valley view. There is a view out of every window in this unit. THIS CONDO IS A GREAT VALUE. The Terraces at Eagle Ridge provides the finest amenities, including shuttle service to and from the slopes. You can relax in our heated outdoor pool or hot tub, or wander the Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many restaurants and stores. This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located on the second floor which can be reached by stairs or elevator. For your convenience we have a washer and dryer in our unit. This unit is stocked with everything you could need to feel cog right at home. One of the great amenities is the assigned parking space in our underground heated parking garage. Our unit provides a large flat screen television in the family room and a flat screen television in each bedroom. We provide family videos for your entertainment. There is a DVD player for each television. For your musical enjoyment we have a stereo. This unit has been professionally decorated to keep your comfort in mind. Granite counter tops carpet and tile floors, stainless steel appliances. This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. This unit is stocked with basic necessities to make your stay more enjoyable, i.e. shampoo, cream rinse, soap, paper towels, hair dryers. THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. If you lke groceries delivered for your stay, just let us knows.

The master bedroom has a King-size Bed . with a window looking at the beautiful valley of Steamboat and its Mountains. The second bedroom has a bunk bed which is a twin and a full. Great views from this bedroom also. We have a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Free High-speed internet provided.

Cozy home base for first time in Steamboat!
This was our whole party’s first time in Steamboat and we all multiple times commented how much we liked this property. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, showers, bedding, and going to the hot tub. We decided to rent a car upon arriving at the airport and having an included parking spot with the condo was great. The owner was also very accommodating and responsive. She offered for us to use their ski locker for a very reasonable daily fee and it was conveniently located right at the resort base. Everything in Steamboat was extremely convenient including this condo which was about a 3-4 min walk to drop pour toddler off at ski school and then a 1,min walk to Wild Blue gondola which took us to the top of the mountain. It was also about a 15 min drive to Steamboat Sorings where we went for some fancy dinners. We loved Steamboat and will definitely be coming back, and will definitely check with the availability of this condo!

The Perfect Location
The unit is perfectly located only a five minute walk to the gondola. Stayed here with my wife and two kids. It has plenty of space and the kitchen is well appointed. It looks even better in person than the pictures. Linda is a great host and the most communicative host on VRBO I’ve ever had. You have the option to store skis in a locker for a daily at the mountain, which is well worth it. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Steamboat family trip
Condo was very clean and just as described. Pool/hot tub were great and easy to access. Kitchen was well stocked. There’s a small grocery less than five minute walk and the gondola/base area are about a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location!
This unit is in a great location and has wonderful views! It is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable- loved having humidifiers in every room! Quick walk to Wild Plum market as well as to the ski area. Linda was quick to respond with all my queries! Would highly recommend this condo :D

First Time Steamboaters
Overall the lodging met all our expectations and Linda was on top of replying to any questions we had. We were glad we stayed here for our first trip to Steamboat. Just a few minor comments, perhaps newer cooking pans could be purchased. They are showing their age. Also the tea kettle was rusted on the inside. A few things more related to the property, the elevator was out of service during our stay which was an inconvenience and the fitness room could use some updating. All in all, we would stay again and would recommend it to our family and friends.

Best place we’ve stayed!!
Everything you needed was included in the unit. The first place we’ve stayed where we didn’t have to buy too much after flying in like toilet paper and laundry detergent. It was so nice. The kitchen is very equipped. The location was absolutely perfect and we loved the pool and hot tub! We can’t wait to come back. Only thing I can recommend is to replace the bottom bunk mattress. It felt like sleeping on a rock. Other than that, it was perfect!!

Good location, shuttle pickup is right outside of the parking garage/entryway, runs every 10 minutes. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Ran into a snafu and the owner was very receptive/communicative.

This condo has everything - location, view, parking
Totally enjoyed this condo! The condo has a view of the slopes and the pool/hot tub from it's balcony. If you have a car, there is onsite parking in the connected heated community garage with an elevator. The unit was roomy, clean and well stocked. Communication with host was awesome. We had some questions which were promptly answered. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Steamboat Springs Condo
My family and I rented Linda's condo as we were in town, form San Diego, for the SBT GRVL bike race. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed, having plenty of space and sleeping room for my wife and I plus our 2 young children. The pool in the complex was ideal for kids to swim in and they very much enjoyed this facility. There is a free bus into downtown Steamboat less than 5 minutes walk away which was very handy also. Overall a great apartment and Linda was very helpful with any questions we posed of her. Highly recommended

4th of July Fun!
Pool was a highlight for the kids. However, Not to many chairs for relaxing by the pool. Unit was clean and stocked for cooking which was great. Location made it great for training runs up Mt Wearner.
