You'll love warming yourself before the regal gas fireplace after spending the day on the fantastic winter slopes, especially when you can look forward to a hot meal prepared in the well-appointed full kitchen. Your dinner guests will certainly be impressed by the home's high vaulted ceilings, wood-paneled walls, and abundance of natural light coming in through large windows. Challenge someone to a game in the community game room or get a good workout in the shared fitness center followed by a cool-down swim in the shared pool.

Steamboat Ski Resort is sure to satisfy the dreams of any winter enthusiast, but summer guests have plenty to look forward to as well. Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail all offer terrific hikes, and Fish Creek Falls, just five-and-a-half miles northeast, has spectacular hiking trails that lead to a 280-foot waterfall.

THINGS TO KNOW
The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
