This beautiful home is conveniently located across the street from the Steamboat Springs base area in the Phoenix at Steamboat. This property spans across 3 levels and can sleep up to 16 people. There is a large and welcoming living area with a Queen-size sofabed, 60" flat-screen smart TV, gas fireplace, dining for 6 (plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked kitchen with large countertop/bar. The kitchen is equipped with all of the pots, pans and utensils you will need to cook for the family.

Please be aware that this townhome spans across three levels with no elevator. The main level offers one King bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has two Twin-over-Full bunk beds (so it can sleep up to 6 people). There is one King bedroom in the upstairs master bedroom which has a flat-screen TV and private reading area with extra sleeping capacity (1 Full-size sofabed). The downstairs studio has 1 King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a small kitchenette for whipping up a quick meal!
Relax outside and enjoy the mountain air on the main level patio and cook up some dinner on the electric grill! There is an additional outdoor deck in the bottom level bedroom.

Phoenix Townhomes offer FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise facility with sauna. The clubhouse also offers a pool table. Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice.

GETTING AROUND:
The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.

Family oriented neighborhood
Located close to the pool, game room and service desk. Short walk to gondola, shops, and restaurants. Was about a 10 minute drive to the town of Steamboat.with activities, shops and dining. We enjoyed many activities that were within an hour’s drive from Steamboat so this was the perfect place for our home base. The unit was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of adventures.

Amazing Property, Location, and Communication
Steamboat is beautiful, and this property did not disappoint. I'm glad I booked with SkyRun because the communication with the GM, Taylor, was amazing. This was a perfect home to spend a weekend with family. Being only minutes to downtown but having a pool onsite if we wanted to stay in was the perfect mix for our vacation. I will be back.

This place felt like home. It wasn't the newest out there but it felt warm and comfy. The size was perfect for us. We had multiple families and everyone had their own personal space but we loved sitting around the table together for games. The check in process and staff were efficient, friendly and quick to respond with my many questions I had before my stay. The location is ideal. Not too close but not too far. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Only 6 seats at dining table for a property that advertises for up to 16. There is an opportunity to re-arrange furniture in there to make it more roomy / flow better. We would also switch the bunk room and the other bedroom, so that the bathroom is in the master bedroom on the main level, and the bunk room could use the detached bathroom. Need wine glasses. liked the balcony, decent location, nice to have a garage too.

Beautiful place!
This rental is so cozy and beautiful! It has an attached garage, large ceilings, stocked kitchen, and anything else you could need. The hot tub and pool are a short walk away too! ** Be sure to watch the video on their website to see how close the "ski in" location is. I would say it is a very close walk to the mountain. Everything worked in the rental. We had a wonderful stay.

The location of the property is awesome in relation to the mountain. It was about a ten minute walk to the gondola. The shuttle service is a really convenient and awesome amenity that comes with the rental. A shuttle shows up on call to bring you to the mountain or anywhere downtown within ten minutes. The Skyrun personal I talked to was always helpful and nice. We had three couples and four adults stay at the unit. It was comfortable, but I wouldn’t recommend more than ten adults. The description is a little conceiving when it says newly renovated. The main level bathrooms are older and the whole downstairs studio needs updating. The main level kitchen and master bedroom upstairs are nice. Overall the unit served us well for our stay.
