Welcome to your Steamboat retreat! The spacious floor plan of this new home includes over 3400 square feet of living space. Come back from a day on the slopes, cozy up by the fire or enjoy a soak in the private hot tub that overlooks Emerald Mountain, Howelsen Hill and and Fox Creek.
 
Home chefs will appreciate the gourmet, well-appointed kitchen. The extendable dining table can seat 8-10 with an additional four seats at the expansive kitchen island.

The lower-level great room offers plenty of space to spread out and is detailed with a wall-mounted smart TV, large sectional, game table and foosball table. The large, playful “Bunkie” room serves as an additional hangout or workspace with a large Smart TV, floor pillows and desk area.

The lower-level twin daybed room also hosts a desk area for private workspace.

Upstairs you will find the rest of the large bedrooms and bathrooms, an oversized walk-in closet in the master, and a laundry room w/ a brand new washer + dryer.

Arrive at Steamboat Ski Resort in less than 10 minutes. Downtown Steamboat is just a 2-minute car ride or 10-minute bike ride away, or brisk 20-minute walk along the trails.

Excellent experience. House is clean, modern, and large and a 3 minute drive from downtown Steamboat. Well stocked with the essentials. Large house with separate upstairs and lower level that is ideal for rental by 2 families.

A Great Weekend in Steamboat

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Beds were very comfortable. Saw a fox walking through the open space in the back and a small creek running behind. Lovely!

Family annual ski vacay

My parents give my brother's family & mine a ski vacation for Christmas every year. We encouraged Steamboat this year because my hubby, son & I have been before and loved it. This visit with the big fam didn't disappoint and this condo was perfect for the 8 of us. Only a 5-7 minute drive to the ski base area and everything else in town - so awesome. Even though there is a unit next door we still felt very secluded and private. All the accommodations were so nice and we would definitely book again and recommend it highly to others.

One of the best

This property had everything that I love. It was stylish, clean, great location, easy access to the shuttle, quiet, good view, great communication with management and had everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry room. We own a house that we rent out also in another state and this is the type of experience we want for our guests. You will have everything you need here and more. We all had the space to spread out. Great large home

This was a great home for our family reunion everyone had room to sleep and places to hang out. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table. It’s close enough to walk wherever you would like to, town, botanical gardens, rodeo grounds. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome home!

This house was so fun for my bachelorette party! Comfortably fit 15 of us and we loved how there were so many different areas to hang out in within the home. Great location, super easy walk in to town. I would definitely book this place again whenever I want to host a large group in Steamboat!

Amazing home!

Amazing home in the perfect location close to the resort as well as the town center. Host was very receptive and helpful. Had plenty of the small things that we didn’t have to bother with supplying (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc). Over all a beautiful home and amazing experience!

Excellent Stay in Steamboat

Our family stayed here for three nights. We enjoyed the property and with small children it was nice to have multiple levels where we could send the kids down stairs and have the adults upstairs. It was about a 5-10min drive to the Mountain. The only downside is the driveway is steep and narrow and you are only allowed 4 vehicles.

Great home and location. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the home was great with plenty of room, beds, well equipped kitchen and foosball table. Our group size was 11 adults. A few minor downfalls were: 1) driveway configuration limited our ability to accommodate our group (limit of 2 vehicles in garage + 2 in the driveway), but we found offsite parking that worked well, 2) the HoA and neighbors had little tolerance for short term parking on the cul-du-sac while we were unloading gear after skiing and arranging for offsite parking 3) the hot tub is small for a house this size that sleeps 15. Overall a great rental and would stay again/ recommend to our friends & family! Thank you!
