Great place for a group ski weekend

Very well stocked, clean, and organized unit everything a group would need for a ski weekend at Steamboat. 10 minute walk to the lifts meant we didn’t get in the car after we got groceries in town. Host was quick to respond to questions and helpful. Hot tub was great too. Highly recommend for a group trip to Steamboat.

Spacious and convenient

We had a great time at this condo! Kitchen stocked w pantry and cooking essentials. The layout was perfect for two families - w kids in shared room. Loved that each room had a bathroom and easy access to laundry. It’s a 15 minute walk to lifts/gondola - not far for adults- a little harder/longer for kids (7yo, 8yo, 10yo) in ski boots- just as an fyi. The Wild Plum Market 5min walk on path and such a great go-to for meals/groceries/essentials. The hot water boiler system was a little funky where water would be hot and then cold and then after running it for 5min it would go hot again- caused a scare the first night but we figured out what to expect- TV was easy to use w streaming- Overall it was a lovely spot we’d stay at again!

Great family spot

This property is great for a family to stay and visit the wonderful Steamboat Springs. Extremely clean, great location and excellent layout. Located perfect for mountain activities. I can't wait to return.

Great weekend getaway

A few friends and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. Having direct contact with the owner was super helpful and we greatly appreciated her quick replies! Check in and check our was super easy, and the location was excellent. A short walk to the base of mountain, and easy access to the town shuttles. The condo itself was super clean and had all the amenities you would want/need. It also was about 15 steps from the shared pool, which was really convenient! Overall, we had a wonderful stay in steamboat! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Located in a quiet area with great walking access to restaurants and the lift. No central air so main level gets warm in 80 degree heat. Pool and hot tub easily accessible.

Family Friendly

Beautiful, clean, spacious home for a large family. Close to mountain. A short walk. This is the next best thing to ski in/ski out as no extra bus needed. Excellent garage space, closets and foyer for keeping gear. Lots of indoor living space. Bathrooms in each bedroom were a luxury. Well-stocked kitchen made cooking at home easy. Whole family enjoyed use of pool and hot tub right outside in own backyard.

Summer in Steamboat Springs

Overall the house met our needs. Pros: The house is located close to town so easy to get to stores and shops. Also close to the ski base activities and you could easily walk to the main area. The bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom and the bedrooms are downstairs so it stayed cooler. Kitchen and main living area are upstairs. There is a one car garage. There is a small pool outside behind bedrooms and it wasn't a problem in terms of noise. Lots to do in the area and kept an active adult family busy with activities! Cons: The house is located next to a street with a good amount of road noise but it was quiet at night during sleep hours. Road noise started early in morning. This location was a surprise to me since you can't tell from the pictures. The kitchen was not well appointed in terms of kitchen pans/casserole dishes. There was no tupperware or storage containers. Kitchen knobs were loose and finally just put knob in the cupboard since I couldn't keep it on. Only a couple of dish towels were provided and there were no pool towels in the unit available for use. In a picture of the laundry room there appeared to be pool towels. The refrigerator was completely empty with no condiments of any kind....this may be due to Covid restrictions, I don't know. It overall felt like a minimally appointed home compared to what I rented in Crested Butte last summer. The kitchen had a few glasses of normal size for drinks and the rest were like a highball size and pretty much useless. No plastic glasses to put in bathrooms. There is parking for two cars....one in the garage and one in the driveway. This was a major drawback since we had some adults coming up mid week and they didn't have a convenient place to park. There is no overflow parking area. The trash pick up date was incorrect on the information sheet and the trash can was completely full when we arrived. Overall met our needs but for the price would probably look at other units if we return to Steamboat.

Perfect

Very comfortable beds. Plenty space for 4 adults and 2 children. Very good kitchen, only the dishwasher was not the best. We hand washed dishes. Not a big issue.

Not a great experience!

Nice place within walking distance to ski area. However, horrible nights trying to sleep with the water pipes making noises in the walls while the boilers heat water to warm the rooms. Ended up having to turn the thermostats off and bundle up. Could not get the gas fireplace to work. Could not get TV in master bedroom to work. Not a great selection of cable channels on the TV in the living room. Will not stay here again.

Next best thing to a ski in / ski out

Great weeklong vacation that we finished just in time for the Coronavirus to sweep in and shut the resort down. Well the state advised the shutdown and Steamboat followed through....but hyped drama is always fun. We spent the week with 2 families of 4 (total of 8) and there was ample room for everyone. The 4 kids made the bunk room their own little retreat. Only complaint I heard during the week was with regards to pillows being hard.....but everyone slept anyway after a long day of skiing. My 14 year old says the pillows made his neck stiff but I’m thinking it’s all the tree runs and part of his 1st western ski extravaganza. Anyway. Great place. Would definitely do it again but I think Big Sky is on the to do list for next year. Skiing like cruising should always be to new places to see what’s all available.

This place is great for one or even two small families.

The only issue we had is that the walk to the gondola is a little longer than 1 block. I'd say its 3 blocks. Still good and not a problem. Also, I'd recommend getting ing a wagon with fat tires. The regular tires don't cut it in snow and ice.

Ski Trip for family of 5

Wonderful home located short walking distance to Gondola. Great floor plan with bedrooms downstairs and each with their own bathroom. Very clean and well furnished with comfortable beds and pillows. Great to have the hot tub just a few steps from back door! Will definitely come back again!

Great choice in Steamboat

Stayed here in July. Really nice townhome. Great location, nice walking paths, very near the ski village and bus stop. House was exceptionally clean. It was pretty hot the week we stayed so it was nice that all the bedrooms were on the lower level as there was no AC. Everything went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was in a wonderful location in Steamboat close to Gondola square with very easy access to skiing and to the downtown shuttle. The house was very clean. I do not have a bad thing to say about this weekend rental :)

Great place with for kids!

Spacious enough for all. As two families of four, we had plenty of room, the kids had their own bathroom, which was wonderful. The home is a short walking distance from the village and the pool is literally five steps out the back door, making it feel like it was our own personal amenity. The home is clean and comfortable and not having neighbors attached on either side was a bonus for sleep and quiet time. Great place!
