Stunning 2 Bedroom Condo, Amazing Valley Views!

Rarely does one come across a view as stunning as the one from this Yampa View condo. Year-round, panoramic views span from the Flat Tops to the Yampa Valley and across to Emerald Mountain. This beautifully furnished 2 bed/2 bath mountain retreat was tastefully remodeled a few years ago and has been updated again since.

Natural light pours in from the large sliding glass door and windows in the living and dining areas. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace from the comfort of the living room as you recline on the leather sofa and arm chairs and watch the snow peacefully fall. There is a large, 55" flat screen smart TV over the fireplace so you won't miss a game. The kitchen has clean lines and all the appliances and accessories you need to whip up a meal or a quick snack. Seating for 6 at the dining table and 2 at the bar means everyone has a seat. In summer or winter grab a beverage and make your way to the private balcony to eat or simply watch the sun set. This is a view you will never tire of.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom is just outside in the hall and has a tub/shower. New beds and bedding in the bedrooms make them the perfect place to sleep or just escape to for a few hours to read a good book.

For your added convenience, the unit comes complete with a stackable washer/dryer. The condo complex includes 2 outdoor hot tubs, an athletic facility, and sauna. The free city bus is at the bottom of the driveway for transportation in other seasons. The road up to this hideaway is heated in the winter making it easily accessible and the nearby ski mtn. and old town area offer plenty of first-class dining opportunities, art museums, and activities to keep you busy day and night.

Tired and tiny with a great view

It would have been helpful to have an address and make it clear in the guest portal of where to go upon arrival if condo wasn't ready. I even called when we landed and wasn't given the main address which was across the street from the base area. No where near the condo itself. Our Storm Meadows shuttle driver was kind enough to drive us to the office to store our luggage and equipment. At exactly 4PM we were given the code for our condo and we are told, very nonchalantly I might add, that a shuttle can't take us until 6pm. Not I'm so sorry or can I call you an uber, let me see if I can get someone earlier. Poor customer service. Yampa View 105 - Upon arriving at Yampa 105 the bedroom carpets were clearly not vacuumed. Chips and cookie crumbs on rug and on porch floor and table as well. Fireplace sounds like an AC unit in the living room when on. Between both bedrooms there is one tiny nightstand drawer. No way to unpack anything that can't be hung up such as underwear, bathing suits, socks, etc. We fortunately brought along some coffee as the unit only offered decaf. Airport pick up was at noon from the office and we had a Retretia shuttle to pick us up at 11:30 at base but the guest portal app locked us out before that time making communication with shuttle unavailable. There are so many areas for improvement with this company. Do not see us using Retretia in the future.The only nice part about this accommodation is the view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderfulcondo, loved the viewand opportunity to sit on the deck!Suggestion: have basic tools available - screwdriver, pliers etc for quick maintenance. Fridge handle, a couple of door knobs, and screen handle were all lose and simply needed to be tightened.

The Condo was great and perfect for our group of 4. Retretia is great to work with. They communicated really well and very helpful and responsive each time I called. The Condo is as nice as it looks in the pictures would definitely go back. Only bummer was just 1 parking space but parking in the garage wasn't that inconvenient or expensive.

Property exactly as shown, which is appreciated. The only item i thought worth mentioning is there are steps to walk down to the condo. With heavy luggage, this could be tough. Also, how does air move through the condo in the summer months so it doesnt have a musty, closed up smell? Other than that...really enjoyed my stay!

What an incredible place to stay! Beautiful condo, gorgeous view, comfortable furnishings, shuttle every 20 minutes to the slopes, and close to the jacuzzi! What more could you want? Very responsive management, however, I gave 4 stars for Check In Process for the fact that with the many units I have rented in the past, this was the only one where the info for checking in and such didn’t come from VRBO thru emails and instead came thru Retreatia which I didn’t realize was essential to pay attention to. They are a great company to work with though!

Very nice place with a fantastic view and convenient access to the mountain and downtown Steamboat Springs. Everything needed for our long weekend was provided and the hot tubs next door made for a nice end to each day of skiing.

Great place. Wonderful view. Beds/ furniture all very comfortable. There were 6 of us and it was plenty of space. The fireplace was really nice. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, although some pans could use replacing - scratched anti stick. The keyless entry was perplexing and, we, all reasonably intelligent adults, struggled with it every time. We would definitely rent again.

Comfortable and Convenient

The property is low frills, but well appointed, comfortable, and clean. It accommodates 4 adults well and is super close to the hot tub which was nice as we could monitor the availability of the tubs from the unit.
