This condo was very clean and nicely appointed. The T.V. service was great (not sure the carrier - but lots of choices and movies, with DVR capabilities). Although it has just the one bathroom, the bathroom is large with ample cabinets/counters to allow a few of us at a time to get ready at the same time with space for others to move through the area easily. This property sits directly at the pool, hot tub, and club house area; which was great for us since we traveled with teenagers who lived at the pool until closing time. Because the unit doesn't have A/C, if you travel when it is warm in the summer (like this past weekend it was in the high 90's) keeping the windows open in the evening is a must to try and cool it down. So, if you have younger kids or anyone trying to get to sleep earlier than the pool closes (10pm) - then the noise from the pool will filter into the unit. For us this was no problem, but good to be aware of if it will matter for your family. The main club house hosted a complimentary happy hour on the Friday evening we stayed and an ice cream social on Saturday - both were a nice touch. There was complimentary coffee/tea available in the clubhouse at all times we came thru, which was great since this unit is in direct proximity to the main club house entrance.
