EagleRidge Townhomes 1573 is a five-bedroom townhouse with a private hot tub, access to wonderful shared amenities, and an enviable location within walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and a comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. Take in the fresh mountain air outside on the deck, or head downstairs to the lower-level deck to soak in the private hot tub. The townhome has five TVs, two DVD players, and free WiFi for your entertainment, as well as a washer/dryer and a private two-car garage for your convenience. Within the EagleRidge community, you'll have access to a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter ski shuttle.
The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bathroom, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds, and the fifth bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed. There is an additional shared full bathroom, a half-bathroom on the main living level, and a sleeper sofa in the lower-level sitting area.

In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
