EagleRidge Townhomes 1496 is a spacious, four-bedroom home in Steamboat Springs, where you'll be an easy walk from the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and a private deck where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. The comfortable living area has vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. Throughout the house, you'll find six flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, free WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a private two-car garage for your convenience.
The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. You'll also find an additional full bathroom, a half-bathroom located on the main living level, a sleeper sofa in the lower-level sitting area, and a twin sleeper sofa in the open loft area. For our summer guests, this home has air conditioning for your comfort. On the grounds of EagleRidge, you'll also have access to outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle service that connects to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife, and other area activities.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
