The security lock did not work. There were not enough hooks or places to hang towels. Not enough light to illuminate in the evening. Towels could easily fall in toliet with the shelf being over it

We stayed on the conference side of hotel. Bright clean lobby and restaurant. Food very good but service slow. There was a large group meeting Thursday and Friday who were so loud in restaurant, hallways….we would have preferred staying on hotel side. On top of that, there was some type of slamming and banging beneath our bedroom beginning at 5 AM each morning plus construction outside. The beeping the trucks made constantly backing up mimicked the sound of an alarm clock and it was impossible to sleep past 6 AM if the banging hadn’t already woken you below the room. Appearance of hotel beautiful but the stay a “C” at best. There was even feces on the top side of the toilet in Beth room do there was no way it was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. On a positive note, the staff in The Common was professional and kind….from our waitress to Eric, who delivered our food each day.
