It was nice but not beautiful. I took my 13 yo granddaughter for her to have a spa birthday. The xtra spa items were not for kids under 18 and if that was published when I booked, I didn't notice. The hot tub on each patio is very nice and we enjoyed that. The rooms & decor is very dated. I had never been to one of these before and didn't know what to expect. I did not like the 104 degree water then to freezing cold water, so wouldn't do this again. There are not a lot of amenities and only food available is a breakfast you can purchase before 11 am. I found it a bit pricey for what it was, and disappointed.

We checked at Carson resort and paid for a soak and wrap. We went to our room after the soak and as I sat on my bed I noticed the top cover was dirty had paw mark and stains. I called front desk and the young lady at the front desk came to our room and said no one was there to change sheets she moved us to another room it was bigger. I sat on the bed and a flea was jumping on my leg and I noticed them also on my sock slippers I was wearing. They were crawling on my ankle. My sister lifted the blanket and fleas were on the bed and they were biting my ankle and I had some crawling on my leg. I called right away and the same gal came into the room and saw them. She helped us move into another. She was off her shift and was nice to help us move again she also saw the fleas. No fleas in the 3rd room we were moved to. I sent email and pictures to the manager, Launa of the fleas and bites. They said the room wasn't a room where they have pets well apparently someone did. Very bad experience. The money was refunded. The rooms need a lot of updating the rugs are stained. They seemed short staff. I don't recommend you stay there maybe just go up and use the service they offer like the mineral bath and wrap. I still have the bites on my ankle. Sadly I was celebrating my sister, birthday. We are not happy campers.

Property is nice and the room we stayed in was clean and the hot tob is amazing. There's only two things missing that I felt will be better if the resort has it. There's no microwave in the room and eventhough the resort offer free wifi, the connection is bad, that you can't even use your own phone data. So if you want peace and quiet with no interruption, this is the best place to relax and unwind.

I booked this property thinking it wouldbe a nice romantic place to spend for my husband's birthday. I thought it would be.similar to Harrison Hot Springs where the 2 of us could sit in the springs together and enjoy. It isnt. There are seperate rooms for men and women. The relaxing springs are individual bathtubs. with shower curtains around it. Big disappointment. No romance. We canceled and left.

Hot times in Carson
Nice stay in a low-key gorge town. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Decor was a little dated but well maintained. Mineral pool was neat. The fire pit was a nice place to chill at night. This is a great base camp for your gorge adventures.

This place is NOT family friendly. Do not book if you have children or adults that look young. I wasnt given a band at check in for the therapy pool and for 2 hours prior to a noon checkout the fire alarms were being tested. Would not recommend. Too many variables here could ruin your stay

We enjoyed our trip to Carson. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed two meals at the restaurant. The facilities are a bit worn, but we had a nice dip in the mineral pool.

We didn’t check in. When we arrived, the hotel had no power. The hotel told us they would refund us in full because the power was out and the rooms had no heat. We left without checking in. As of today, it has been a week and we still haven’t seen our refund yet.
