Overall the property and staff were exceptional! I was not able to give a full 5 star review because of an issue with an employee during check in on Friday afternoon. First of all they told me the wrong price of $500 before inserting my card into the reader. Although they were able to cancel the transaction it was still able to process through my bank account. I'm easy going so no problem at all. I was going to receive the funds back on the card anyways but it was put on hold for 3-4 days and I needed the funds immediately for the weekend since I was from out of town. Again no worries because I called my bank and they told me exactly what was needed from the hotel to put the funds back in the account within the hour. (A simple letter or email with my name, the amount charged, and a short reason of why the funds could be taken off hold and released. When I tried to explain this the female supervisor was rude, interrupted me and cut me off 7-8 times and said "Your card wasn't charged, we don't have anything to show or give them to say it was". I calmly said yes ma'am I realize that then tried to explain again what had happened and what I needed from her to correct it on my banks end all while the lady from my bank was on the other end of my phone call on speaker when the supervisor again interrupted me. I calmly told the lady on the phone from the bank I'm trying to explain what happened and what I need from her but she keeps cutting me off and will not let me explain.
