Excellent staff and location. Too much light coming into room at night for a great sleep… sleeping mask required. Bathroom was beside room - and could hear every use. The showers were clean & easy to access. Great location for accessing the old city & nearby neighborhoods.

Very great staff were very accommodating and the property was very clean. The area is extremely walkable and in the middle of the city. The communal bathrooms were clean and separated with a door.

I liked how all the beds were twins so you could separate them for kids or keep them together for a larger bed for adults, I did NOT like the bathroom at all though. The toilet was basically in the shower and after your shower you had to squeegee the water down the drain. It was definitely odd! It was very loud outside our room especially early in the morning, we were woken up around 05:00-06:00 by loud trucks every day of our stay

Large room with three beds and a window that opened. Perfect sightseeing location for 3 nights. Bath was pretty small but functional. Typical shower that gets water all over the floor. Cool old building undergoing some renovation in the main entrance. We were undisturbed and check-in was friendly and efficient.

Some of the beds were very comfortable, others were very hard and difficult to sleep on. There was a chronic sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Wi-Fi was very poor quality. Otherwise, it was clean and very well located in the middle of the old town.

The room was fairly clean but the beds were very worn out and uncomfortable. But the worst aspect was that the rooms were unbelievably hot and stuffy. The thermostat in the room did not work and there was zero air flow. I laid awake until 3:00 am each night sweating and waiting for the room to get cool enough and for me to get sleepy enough to fall asleep. I would suggest you spend a bit more and stay somewhere else

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. It needs just a few changes to be great overall. They do not have hand towels or wash cloths. It would have been nice to have these. The WiFi was very weak. The window covering is very thin and see through. With the lights outside and the sun coming up at 4:00 am the room was never dark enough for sleeping. A blackout shade would be easy to add. The bathroom could use some shelves. And there needs to be a lip at the base of the shower. With no lip the water from the shower goes all over the bathroom. A squeegee is provided but it would be nice to have the water contained.

The property is in a wonderful location. Walk to everything. Staff was helpful and available. Things were basic but clean. Room was good size for Europe. Shared bathroom was ok and easy to get an individual stall for shower, sink and toilet, but there was a smell -perhaps as the building is older. Otherwise very pleased . Breakfast spot they recommend is fab.

Great place. Was given problem re checking in late, though I let them know well ahead of time. Travellers are often under a lot stress, as I was, and there was no need to compound it. It's not easy finding yourself in the middle of a new city, trying to find a hotel, with no wifi, nothing open, and not even sure whether you'll be able to access your reservation. A bit more sensitivity would come in handy. That said, the staff were helpful in other areas, finding a laundry spot, extending my stay a night. Towels are provided - why not a few bars of soap? I try to carry such things but I would think soap at a place such as this would be a given. Great location, wonderful spot end of street for breakfast. Old Stockhom is gorgeous, don't miss the Vasa! So many museums. And oh yes, read the fine print, which I clearly didn't: no outside food or drink. So forget that six-pack and burger and fries.
