Decent price hotel in an expensive city
Very nice hotel, good staff especially the "Fika" lady, clean, decent gym, comfortable bed and pillow in the Comfort Room, bathroom a bit small, problem on the last Saturday with almost cold breakfast buffet, otherwise the food was quite good.

Really pleasant stay at the Clarion. Would be good if you could visit the pool without the spa and the advertising of spa hours was improved. Great location, safe and a stones throw from the train station. So well connected. Would recommend and definitely return

Stay here for business a couple of times a year as the location is very good. The hotel is large and has plenty of facilities. The biggest drawback is the air conditioning in the rooms, it can be very aggressive and you're unable to switch it off leading to some uncomfortable night's sleep

Superb hotel, clean and spacious
Our stay at Clarion was top notch. We chose to upgrade our room to include a balcony which gave us great views of southwestern Stockholm. When I booked, I had thought the hotel was a little 'far out' of the city, but it's actually fantastically central with a metro station right next to the hotel - less than 100m. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the hostess for breakfast was an absolute joy. We will be back!

Amazing hotel. Front desk, restaurant and rooms great. Extra special shout out to breakfast host Mimmi who was outstanding. The breakfast caters for literally every diet requirement going. Fantastic.

This was probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed. When we arrived to our room, we found it to be not as we saw online. The room was old and in need of renovations as well as not cleaned well. There was so much dust on all the surfaces. My husband and I were very upset and decided to see if we could find another hotel or upgrade our room at this hotel. Staff were helpful and allowed us to see the room before we decide to upgrade. The new room was nothing special but thankfully clean and not dusty. Fee was required in order to access the pool, which is worth it. However spa is located in a super inconvenient spot. Hotel seemed to be hosting lots of conferences and to get to the spa, you have to walk through the conference centre (which was fully packed of people when we went).. this was very uncomfortable as we were in our spa robes. Restaurant was over priced and they ran out of 2 dishes… the menu was already limited as is. Overall would not stay here ever again.

We found this hotel on internet and seemed to be close to what we wanted to see and go from it. the phone system was hard to understand and we never got it to work from our room, regardless of the instructions. Maybe it really didn't actually work. But the breakfast was terrific with lots of choices and also a good gluten free selection of breads.

This is a very well located hotel . Great transport connections . Park for walking next door and good shopping and eating possibilities around the hotel. The spa is beautifully designed with part indoor part outdoor pool . The Brazilian breakfast manager who appears with a trolley in the mid afternoon at reception is a remarkably social type and a great asset to the hotel . Reception staff is very friendly and efficient .
