It was so so.

It was an OK place. Not terrible, not great. However, the staff were less attentive and cooler if you were non-white especially at the in-hotel dining restaurant - Ekens. Also, do not use mobile ordering for in-room dining. It does not work. As for the room, the pillows were too soft and flattened out quickly and the sheets/blankets were scratchy. The housekeeping was hit and miss, some staff were great and others not so much.

The hotel was typical of the high standards I've come to expect from Hilton. The room/bed were extremely comfortable and the location, within a short walking distance of Gamla Stan and the ferry port, cannot be better. When I return to Stockholm, I will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay for a full week. Very convenient, 5-10 min walk to Gamla Stan (Old Town). Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nicol who served us every day in the restaurant and made us feel right at home.

A vieuw with a price and big disappointments.

Boring breakfast, not even smoked salmon and poor taste of omelette. Decaf from powder. Housekeeping takes private glasses out of the room. Storage of luggage at OWN risk. Best part is a great vieuw from the room if you pay extra. Never go there to experience Stockholm hospitallity!
