Pros: Great location and service, plus well-designed blinds that blocked out all light meaning we slept well. Cons: Dated fixtures, significant sticky patch on carpet next to bed, poor design elements, e.g. shower leaked into bathroom, no power point on my side of bed, no light switch in bathroom, thin walls and neighbours noisy after midnight. Overall we enjoyed our single night stay

My room was very noisy with street traffic noise all night. I was unable to sleep well during my two-night stay at this hotel. The walls are very thin so I was also woken up by the person's alarm in the room next door. I would not recommend staying here unfortunately.

Great hotel. Very spacious room. Clean and well located. Easy access to trams and train. Breakfast was amazing. On the negative side: pillows were not comfortable despite asking for replacement twice. Room facing the street can be noisy at night with noise of cars, trams etc. Will definitely recommend this hotel, maybe get a room not facing the street.
