Older hotel close to Metro
The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the metro stop. Breakfast is limited, but ok for the price. The room was older, but nice. We faced the street but had no problem with street noise, even with the windows wide open.

I was disappointed in this hotel. It’s conveniently located and walkable to many restaurants, bars, the park, water, etc. The room is very small. The carpet was very dirty. It looked like housekeeping didn’t care to clean it after the previous guest... There was no soap, shampoo or anything in the bathroom. There’s no room service which was annoying. The staff were so rude and short tempered when I asked a question or when my room key didn’t work. They’re not welcoming at all and felt like they didn’t want to be there or were passive aggressive when I walked by. If the staff changes and they do a better job with their housekeeping efforts , I’ll reconsider staying here but as of now, I’m very disappointed in this hotel.

Excellent value for the price. Staff were great, especially Patrick and Zain (possibly misspelled) in the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was compact as shown on picture but functional. Breakfast was good

This location and price was exactly what we needed after a huge problem with AirBnB. Couldn't not have asked for a better place to land. Breakfast was great too.

Amongst my worst hotel experiences ever. No in room service. Front desk is empty overnight. Ubers and cabs do not like to pick up or drop off here. Limited breakfast served in an odd basement room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Located within about 20 - 25 mins walk to the city center/water front from where you can get the Hop On Hop Off (HoHo) bus to see the main attractions or get on a HoHo boat. Can walk to the Old Town as well. Within 5 mins walk to a viewing point/high point to get a good view of the city. So, location wise it's perfect - if you are prepared to walk. We took the train from Arlanda airport to the Central Station, which costs 340 SEK per person. then an uber to the hotel which was 150 SEK. Room was sold as 'City View' but it's just the view of the street in front. Included a very basic breakfast of boiled eggs, toast, cereal and some pickles.

Cute little hotel within a short walk of the metro. The building is quite old and the rooms are very small (I was one person in a double room and it was tight), but the facilities were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Well-priced. Would stay again.

Convenient, charming, and reasonably priced
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. It was a great value for the price. The location can't be beat—right in Södermalm and very near the metro. The hotel retains a lot of old-world charm—which I appreciate a lot more than a sleek, modern, homogenous chain hotel. The room was *really* small, which was fine, since it was mainly just a place for us to sleep—but it was a bit difficult for two of us to move around and sit when we wanted to stay and do a bit of work. The *main* issue I had with the room was that there was no division between the shower floor and the rest of the (TINY) bathroom floor, and the floor was not angled towards the drain, so any time we showered, water flooded the entire floor. A squeegee was provided, but it didn't entirely fix the problem (especially since one cannot really squeegee and bathe at the same time). Breakfast was included, which was nice, though I witnessed a staff member angrily verbally assaulting a kitchen worker for something minor, like not putting out enough bread or something. That was unpleasant. I hate to see any workers being mistreated. Of course, it's possible the worker was not doing a good job, but aggressively yelling at them is never a professional way of handling that. Overall, it was a satisfactory and convenient place to stay. Nothing fancy—but we didn't want fancy.

They got me in very early after a red eye. Tv channels are good. Lots of noise from planes. Curtain was falling off. Beer can on patio. Shower didnt drain well. A bit farther from train station than i thought. Area is lovely. You can take subway to zinkensdamm station. Good value
