Great one night stay!
Just a one night stay after a late flight back to the U.K. Easy check in and had a good nights sleep. Enjoyed the breakfast and every member of staff I spoke to was lovely.

It was affordable, due to an event that weekend all other hotel's more than doubled their prices.

Overall the place was very nice and all the staff were helpful and polite. The only thing I found slightly annoying was the 8am breakfast start time on the weekend instead of the weekday 7am which meant I only had time for a hurried quick breakfast before having to leave for an appointment

Actual address directions for satnaf' are inaccurate - sending me off A6 into Kennelly Road! Particularly spacious room,quiet side away from road, for budget single but rather tired decor,i.e wall paper needs repasting in places. 1 of 3 light bulbs missing over mirror. But very good new-looking bathroom Ware. Excellent breakfast at extra cost.

The hotel is dated but clean and the rooms are a decent size, no lifts in the place. First night was okay but on the 2nd they had a wedding, I had to leave the hotel as the music was so loud at 1730 that I couldn't relax in my room at all and the staff were very unhelpful, the music went on until 2330 and there were several others complaining when I came back to the hotel after dinner. If they want to have functions with very loud music they need better soundproofing. I got offered a measly free breakfast for my inconvenience but managed to get £20 back as a refund which was still very poor, should have been a full night refund. Overall never stay here if they have a function as it was unbearable

I liked the hotel setting and the location with excellent public transport links being easy to access Manchester. The breakfast was an excellent start to the day with staff who were accommodating, making me feel at home.
