Guy refused to give us downstairs rooms even with a disability placard. Spoke to the lady the next day and she said that there was plenty of availability for downstairs that he could have accommodated us. He was just plain rude and didn't care about the inconvenience or pain of my knees having to go up and down the stairs. Other than the staff issue: Rooms were pretty clean. Decent facilities. Place has good proximity to food and gas. Also close to the freeway.

Was a comfortable place to stay. Setback was we were on the 2nd floor so took a few trips without an elevator. But 💤 was great after a 121/2 hour drive.

We had to walk up stairs to get to the second floor carrying bags and young kids. The view was of the parking lot. In the morning we were 8 minutes before 10am and the attendant was already putting the food away and did not stop chairs were already on top of the table. Luckily we brought our own food

Good economical hotel
We do have a very loud noise factor about 10 o’clock last night we came into the parking lot was blaring their music for 1520 minutes. I don’t know how that was addressed, but it’s very annoying if Management is on site and if it step out and address that or call the police or something, we are there to rest and enjoy our day not listening to rock music wish you had an elevator

The early staff people are very nice but at later night the lady wasn’t so nice when I asked for extra blanket and didn’t seem like she wanted to help.
