CSR at front desk
I have never had a bad stay here in 14 years, but the CSR at the front desk needs to be taught CS. There was a change to the policy and she was very rude about it.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. My kids and wife hated it. Questioned about whether we smelled chemicals or smoke, was obvious cigarette smell. Supposed do be non smoking. Staff changed our room right away so all was good. A bit of a hassle but ended up just fine.

The rooms were nice. The hotel was very nice kept in good shape I was on the fourth floor had a good view and the front desk person was very friendly and that it was a good time.

The customer service was excellent and the room was big and comfortable. Also, the breakfast was very good. My only complaint was the shower head was old and could not be adjusted. Also the water pressure wasn’t great.
