Location was excellent, right on a piazza with stores, restaurants and music. Owner was available daily and offered suggestions for activities. Breakfast foods were fresh- bread, fruit, cakes, meats. Room was roomy with comfortable bed. Shower was small.

Good value hotel in a superb position overlooking the main square. The staff are friendly and helpful and the bar has a good selection of drinks and snacks. Stresa has excellent shops and restaurants and a market on Friday all within 5 mins walk

Great location, friendly staff. Basic room, very hard mattress and pillows were not comfortable. Right next the the central pizza so very noisy until late at night.

A little gem
Booked for bank holiday weekend, Friday to Monday, with my two grown up children, in a family room. We have visited Stresa for about 15yrs, and have in the past stayed in the luxury hotels along the lakefront, and apartments, but I can honestly say we loved this little hotel! It felt warm, friendly, and is right in the central square. The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful. We had a completely relaxed and happy break, and we will definitely return to this little gem.

Service is fantastic and breakfast is good. Excellent location. Room in back of hotel is nice and quiet. No a/c. Our room had private bath room but some of the other rooms don't.

Cozy, cute, charming hotel with really nice staff. Simple but good breakfast. Convenient, central location. Free parking. Nice balcony/view. Small refrigerator. Café/bar on premesis. We stayed three nights and enjoyed it very much. We will come back, thank you!

Great location and breakfast
Overall very good. Small room but clean and quite comfortable. Shower is poor however. Staff were pleasant. I would be happy to stay again if shower could be imptoved.

Small hotel right in the centre
This is a little local hotel right in the centre of the main square. Great place for people watching! The rooms are above a little bar. It's very traditional and not at all modern but adds to its charm. We were in a family room that had one double and two single beds. There is a fan but no air conditioning so the room can become quite warm during hot weather. The local church bells chime at 8 am and play about 3 verses of Ave Maria so works well as an alarm clock!! Breakfast is yogurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats etc and great coffee. Would most definitely recommend this place. Room are cleaned on a daily basis. You can't get much more central.
