So time of year is a major factor when booking at this hotel as with most authentic German hotels there is no AC in the rooms. Avoid a sunny room because masonry buildings retain heat from the day. The breakfast room and courtyard dinning were superb.

I booked this hotel for a short stay. Then I became ill and was in the hospital for 7 nights and was not well enough to travel to this hotel. I didn't realize this was a nonrefundable booking. When I realized that it was nonrefundable, and I was/am still sick, it just was not important to me to cancel the booking, so I did not.

This is our first time to Stuttgart. This hotel gave us a warm welcome. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a big plus, good quality and a lot of choices.

Nice stay
Check in was very busy and the words be kind came to mind. This is a family owned Hotel NOT a chain. The facilities are a bit dated but the restaurant and service in there is FANTASTIC! And great food. Perfectly adequate. Breakfast is fine. There are steps to get up to reception but staff happy to help with heavy luggage. Lift up to your rooms

If you arrive late in evening, there is no one at the registration and doors are locked. There is a note to ring the door bell but no one will answer it. There are phone numbers but no one will answer those either! So, you will be standing there for a long time!! and you will finally ending up going somewhere else. People maybe nice but I never got a chance to go in!

Palladium zu Fuß in 15 min erreichbar. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück bietet Alles was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Sollte wieder ein Musical Besuch anstehen, werden wir wieder dieses Hotel nehmen.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen.Wir haben extra ein Hotel gebucht mit Sauna nach Ankunft wurde uns vor Ort mitgeteilt das Sie angeblich erst in 3 Wochen repariert werden kann.( Ist nicht auf der Webseite vermerkt)Die Kaffeemaschine würde im November repariert werden oder ausgetauscht.Frühstück begrenzt ( Eier hart)Wir hatten den Eintrug das das Personal mit ausreden versuchte die jeweiligen Situationen zu entschärfen.Das Zimmer wurde nach Beschwerde erst einigermaßen gereinigt.So ein schlecht geführtes Hotel hatten wir noch nie.Der Zimmerpreis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.Garagenpreis zu hoch.Getränke am Automat zu teuer,Kein Entgegenkommen beim Check out und auch keine Entschuldigung.🍀🍀Das beste am Aufenthalt war das Restaurant zur Hexke freundliche Bedienung und exklusive Gerichte das können wir nur empfehlen.🍀🍀
