Sugar Mountain Winery Accommodation

The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful view of the mountains was just exactly what I was looking for on this memorial trip. It was amazing to watch spring come to life in the mountains over the couple days we were there.

We loved the location!

This is an excellent property. We particularly enjoyed the balcony/deck with such spectacular views. All of the other amenities were excellent. We arrived late on the day of arrival and retrieved a single key card for the gated property and one key for the door. We did not receive a passcode for the gate, nor for the individual unit's entry door. The door is equipped with a combination lock. The following day we reached out to the VACASA Customer Service Line, and a pleasant young lady assured us that she would get back to us with a solution for both of those needs. She never responded during the balance of the stay. We were able to find a way for either my spouse or myself to remain at the condo, or to leave the property together. A returned communication, with a solution or at least an explanation would have been appreciated. Also, In our discussion with Customer Service we were told that we could return the key and gate pass to the local office at checkout. As we checked out this morning we found that the local office was closed, and we resorted to placing the items in the key drop box.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I for our 29th marriage anniversary. We throughly enjoy the accommodations for its peacefulness and quietness.The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host was very communicative and really cared that we have a great stay. Thank you, Safar, for the opportunity and the peacefulness you created as our host.

Beautiful resort, located in the heart of sugar mountain, perfect location to ski and enjoy nature. Love the amenities and everything in the condo.
