The people working there were nice we had two rooms the first room had a burn hole in the bed spread no smoke detector was missing wires where there were it was supposed to be The second room was in bad shape the shower had a big crack though the wall of the shower the wall had a big patch where it looked like they had a water leak somewhere there was moisture in the room they had a dehumidifier running in the room along with the air conditioner the Mirror had rust all over it an the coffee maker when I put water in it ran right out of the bottom
They repaired I guess a leak it was right beside the bed
The rust because of the moisture in the room
That is the crack that was in the shower wall
The dehumidifier that was running all night because of the moisture in the room

Our stay was not the greatest. First off we had no heat whatsoever. The room stayed 59 degrees all night. We got there so late and were exhausted and didnt have the energy to change rooms again when after an hiur we noticed it was getting colder and colder not warmer in the room. The light over the sink didnt turn on. The water in the bathtub didnt drain. It was just not a great experience for us!

The lobby was beautiful, staff was friendly, however, upon going into the room, it had a very strong smell, walked through the room and saw mold all around the lamp shade, immediately checked out and requested a refund. A gentleman that behind me had the same complaint regarding his room. I would never go back there again.

When I was ready to check out there was nobody there left a day earlier than expected my overall experience was bad staff was not friendly, the bedding always looked dirty, floors were not mopped in the week we were there, there was mold on a lampshade and nothing was done about it. I do not think I will stay at this location ever again

After spending less that an hour at the previous hotel I booked and being so disgusted… the move to Quality Inn was amazing. The staff was super friendly and even allowed me to see the room in person before paying. Breakfast was served daily and overall my family enjoyed the property and the staff.

Mold on the sheets, mold on the curtains. Roaches every where in the room and in the microwave. My das was given a part for the toilet for him to fix because we told them the toilet kept running and they handed him the part to fix it him self. Never again will we be going here. We evacuated due to the hurricane Milton.

The TV and lights didn’t work, had to use lamps only for any kind of light. The shower wasn’t very clean. There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets of one of the beds. The door wouldn’t open when we got there, had to get the front desk worker to finally get it open. However, the beds did sleep good and did the job for our one night stay.

Dont stay here.
For a nin smoking hotel, the room reaked of smoke. There was ahuge body size dent in the wall. The head board i had to wash down from not being cleaned from prior guest apparently having a sexual incointer.This is by far worst hotel in Foley. Obviously a family owned business. But never take a family there. Dont stay here. Try the Econo Lodge across the street for same price.

This was they worst hotel I ever been in. The building is nasty they have roaches bed bugs mold blood stained blankets just flat out terrible the workers are rude they don't know anything about customer service and they just flat out suck
