There were stains on the hall carpet, the elevator was dirty, and the remote and headboard was sticky to the touch. TV did not work, staff had to come get it to come on… but I just had to turn it back off because the remote would not change the channel or volume and it was blasting! Then I had to search the bed several times for bed bugs because I could not stop itching! The both room was clean and the shower pressure and temp was great. Overall very unhappy though, I would have left right after arriving if I had anywhere else to go. Worst nights sleep ever, and I checked out by 6:30a!!

Well, we didn't realize that they didn't make the beds if you were staying more than one night. We weren't impressed ti come back to the room at the end of our day and find beds unmade. Also, there was a scrub bucket with mop and filthy water sitting in hallway for several hours.

This was perfect. Only complaint was my room was by elevator, but my fault, i forgot to request father away. But, clean, best hot shower, and warm sleep I've had in months. And Pam at the front desk is outstanding with her customer service, she goes above and beyond!!

Hotel staff was great. Very accommodating. The hotel itself is in major need of renovation. Cleanliness of bed sheets and pillow cases was not desirable and had stains on both. The shower curtain still had 2 small hand towels at the top of it that had clearly been hung up very wet and dried hard.

all experiences with the staff were pleasant and very cordial. The grounds could use some maintenance. The bedding was very clean and fresh but the room could use some maintenance, perhaps the remodel of the room was incomplete as the bathroom had new tile installed. FYI, you need a better tile installer.

Absolutely excellent hosts management , clean , economical , high quality care and attention to details The best part is the employees Great great people I will miss them The breakfast was excellent good choices and the pool nice and cool The exercise equipment was handy as well Over all my stay was great It's quiet time after ten soji slept so good Thanks to the people that run this motel. I wanted to buy them all lunch

Waited 12-15 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to check in (another guest waited with me). On asking if there was a luggage cart available, was told 'they are probably upstairs..Do you expect me to go knocking on doors to find one?" Carpeting dirty--several areas in room in disrepair--holes in wallboard in bathroom. Will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
