Very close to SCU, which was the reason for staying here. The floors are very dangerous in wet weather, slippery tiles. Very slippery inside the apartment bathroom. Rooms are only surface cleaned. Can hear people in other rooms. Would I stay again? No.

Great room, great location, fair price. Would like to suggest you add a strip seal to the bottom of the shower door to stop water flooding the floor ($5.90 at Bunnings) Had the same issue at home

Neat and tidy and located next to Sunshine Coast University Hospital (I came to see my mum) Staff very friendly and helpful. Really limited dining options is the only drawback

Property is ok. There is no security, the garage door was broken so stays open. You don’t need to fob to floors so anyone can access all floors. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely view. Very quiet so you get a good night sleep. Room wasn’t very clean, backsplash had grease splatter all over, doors had finger marks all over, no attempt had been made to clean these high touch areas. When I had a shower, the shower head fell off and water shot out. I put the shower head back on and later that evening it fell off again. There were also a lot of ants in the kitchen. Not sure where they came from or went, they were gone in the morning! I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Bed not so comfortable. Received an email 30 minutes before reception closes to tell us that we wont be able to checkin in person. Problem is, we did not have internet access while on the road. Had to check in via phone which will cost me extra money because its international call.

I understand it was just a Studio room, but i was sent a text message confirming booking and did request ocean view or at least a view in that direction & Queen or King bed. The room i got was Street view and the bed was sagging in the middle, the windows were very small and really not able to look out of.

The unit was quiet and in a good location. Unfortunately the unit was not clean. The bed was made but the bed sheets and mattress protector was so dirty. The toilet was still dirty from previous guests. The blankets were dirty also with marks on it. I had to contact the front desk so they could come and check it out. They arranged for the cleaner to come and change the bed sheets. After travelling for almost 3 hrs all I wanted was to rest and I had to wait for all to be sorted and get a clean bed. So I don’t think it was a good experience.
